Children's Hearings Scotland Receive a Carer Positive Award

Children's Hearings Scotland is the latest employer to become recognised with a Caer Positive Award.

There is a strong culture of support in place accross the organisation which recognises the importance of staff health and wellbeing. They are also beginning to include questions about caring in workplace questionairres and the recruitment process, which will help with awareness, as well as helping to identify carers working within the organisation.
