NES Become an Established Employer

We were thrilled to present NHS Education for Scotland with their Established level of Carer Positive award at an online session last week.

NES were able to provide a very comprehensive application, which made it clear that the support for carers in the organisation is well embedded in the workplace culture  and wide ranging in terms of the policies and practical measures for staff.

Support for members of staff who are carers is also well communicated throughout the organisation, right from the recruitment stage, and successfully highlights the internal information and support that is available.

Well done to everyone a NHS Education for Scotland on progressing your level of support for carers in your orgaisation and reaching the Esablished award.
