A New Employer becomes Carer Positive

We are pleased to announce that West of Scotland Housing Assocoation have now become recognised as a Carer Positive employer.

West of Scotland have created a strong foundation of support within the organisation to enable staff with caring responsibilities to manage their working lives in a supportive and empathetic environment. Furthermore, carers themselves have been involved with the development of policies and support, to ensure that it is suitable for their needs.

Sue visited West of Scotland HA last week to present their certificate during a staff traing and developemnt event and congratulate members of staff on this achievement.
