We worked with some of our Carer Positive employers in Scotland to produce a series of videos designed to highlight best practice in supporting employees with caring responsibilities.
Each video features the experiences of carers and their employers, showing the benefits of good support from both perspectives.

We also have a special video which looks at the experiences of Emma May, a young carer whose education and work prospets have been affected by her caring role.
