We are still in the grip of the Covid-19 pandemic but with the vaccine beginning to be rolled out across the country, employers and workers alike are starting to think about the future of working in Scotland. The pandemic has made huge changes to how we work, with many staff members able to work more flexibly or from home over the past year and organisations may now be operating in ways that employers never realised were possible.

Caring already affects a huge number of individuals who are also in employment but as our population continues to live and work for longer, having employees with caring responsibilities will increasingly become the norm.
