Nationwide recognised as an Exemplary Employer for Carers

Last week we had the pleaseure of presenting Nationwide with an Exemplary level Carer Positive award. The organisation came to us through our collabouritive work with Carers UK's Carer Confident employer scheme, and recognises the high level of support for staff who are unpaid carers working in their offices and branches in Scotland.

Hayley Burton, Senior Employment Manager at Carers Scotland, who manages the award, commented:
